Out of Network Benefits

We encourage you to speak with your medical insurance provider regarding your benefits, and any preauthorization processes. Insurance carriers provide varying coverage benefits for in-network and out-of-network providers. Coverage benefits impact the client's financial obligation.

Since we are an out-of-network provider, you would be responsible for the full fee of the session at the time of the service.

The fees are as follows:

First session (Psychiatric Diagnostic Interview, 60 minutes): $155

Subsequent therapy sessions (45 minutes): $128

You will be provided with a superbill/invoice that you would submit to your insurance company for reimbursement per your out-of-network benefits.

You can call your insurance company and ask if they cover outpatient psychotherapy services (give them these CPT codes: 90791, 90837, 90834), both in office and via telehealth. Also, ask what is your deductible and percentage rate for the reimbursement.
