Meet Erica Kunzig

My goal is to work together with you to create a more fulfilling life you can enjoy.

I have over seven years of experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings. I have had many opportunities to assist individuals and families in an array of areas including, not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, grief/loss, interpersonal issues, parental/family issues, and substance use.

I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and when needed, Nurtured Heart Approach. I adapt my therapeutic style for the benefit of the individual and/or family's needs. I truly believe that therapy is an exceptional tool to facilitate individuals working towards positive growth.
