Meet Amanda M. Stylianou
Dr. Amanda is a nationally recognized expert who has worked in the mental health profession for more than 15 years. She holds a doctorate in social work and is a licensed clinical social worker. In addition to her clinical work, she has taught at Rutgers University, the University of Southern California, and Yeshiva University. Dr. Amanda has published in multiple peer-reviewed journals, including the Children and Youth Services Review, Journal of Evidence-Informed Social Work, Social Work, and the International Journal for Equity in Health. She is the co-author of Building Financial Empowerment for Survivors of Domestic Violence, published by Rutgers University Press in February 2023. She is a mom of three daughters (including twins!) and enjoys running, yoga, and reading.
I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers, New Jersey Chapter, and previously served on the Chapter Committee on Nominations and Leadership Identification.
